They said four youth were reported missing in Kupwara recently from their houses. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by a senior police officer was constituted to conduct the investigation. They said all the four youths were rescued, who were being motivated to join the militancy. The youths will be handed over to their family members after counselling, they added. Police recently busted a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) module by arresting three militants, who were tasked to recruit youths in the militancy and also arrange arms and ammunition from Kupwara for militants in south Kashmir.
